One of a kind! At least we have not seen any other Rhodes like this one. The case is covered by four beautiful woods: dark wedge, walnut, pine and marblewood, and the curved top is veneered in a stunning teak. The plastic cheek blocks have been replaced with solid marblewood, and dark walnut knobs are featured on the name rail. We have also added some subtly elegant curves to the corners of the case and rear edge. Of course, we have also worked over the insides, with new key bushings, under-key felts, hammer tips, damper felts, and tone bar springs, screws and grommets. The key pedestals have been re-felted with the small bump as well, which greatly minimizes friction and allows for a much smoother and more satisfying touch. Two new pots and RCA cord round out the interior rebuild. This instrument is a true joy to both play and look at, and will make a stunning addition to any home or music room.
