This 1944 New York made mahogany Colonial-style case features tapered octagonal legs, incredible inlay detail throughout the case, an oversized mid-century modern-style music desk, and a beautiful set of ivory keys and complimenting ivory Steinway logo. Highly unique and stylish, the mahogany on this instrument isn’t in perfect condition but we have worked the case over to make this a very nice “polished antique” finish. New action? Check. All Steinway parts? Check. Re-strung and rescaled with Paulello wire? Check. This is a near one-of-a-kind; in fact, we could not find another matching piano anywhere on the internet.
